Individual

A space to slow down, make sense of what you're carrying, and explore what might be ready to shift.

Individual counselling is available for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, grief, relationship or identity changes, life transitions, or simply the sense that something isn't quite working anymore.

You don't need to arrive knowing exactly where to begin. Together, we can get curious about what's happening now, the patterns that have shaped you, and what you might need moving forward.

Sessions are collaborative and paced around you, with room for conversation, reflection, somatic awareness, movement, creativity, humour, or time outdoors.

50 minutes — $170
80 minutes — $255

Available outdoors or virtually throughout BC Mondays and Fridays

In-office services can be arranged, consult to discuss

Direct billing unavailable.

Children & Youth

A supportive space for young people to explore what they're feeling, experiencing, and needing — in ways that make sense for them.

Counselling for children and youth can support concerns such as anxiety, big emotions, trauma, grief, family or peer challenges, life transitions, identity, and times when things simply feel hard.

Sessions are shaped around the young person’s age, development, interests, and comfort. Depending on what fits, therapy may include conversation, play, creativity, movement, somatic awareness, or time outdoors.

Parents and caregivers may be involved along the way, while also making space for the young person to develop trust, autonomy, and their own therapeutic relationship

Families

A space for families to slow things down, strengthen connection, and find new ways of understanding one another.

Family counselling can support families navigating conflict, communication challenges, life transitions, grief, trauma, changing family dynamics, or times when relationships simply feel stuck.

Sessions focus on the patterns happening between people rather than placing the problem on any one family member. Together, we can explore what is happening underneath difficult interactions and work toward greater understanding, connection, and flexibility.

Depending on your family's needs, sessions may include the whole family or different combinations of family members.

Healthcare & First Responders

A grounded space for those carrying the responsibility, intensity, and emotional weight of caring for and responding to others.

Counselling can support the impacts of repeated exposure to crisis, trauma and loss, as well as burnout, moral injury, hypervigilance, emotional exhaustion, relationship strain, and the cumulative stress that can build over time.

Our work is paced around you and may focus on processing difficult experiences, understanding nervous-system responses, strengthening connection, or finding ways to create more space between the demands of the work and the rest of your life.

I recognize that shift work, overtime, call-outs, and on-call schedules don't always fit neatly into traditional appointment times. Flexible scheduling is available where possible to help accommodate the realities of the work.

Military & Veterans

A steady, trauma-informed space for those navigating the experiences, transitions, and lasting impacts that can come with military service.

Counselling can support concerns such as operational stress, trauma, moral injury, grief and loss, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, relationship strain, identity shifts, and the transition between military and civilian life.

Our work is collaborative and paced around you. There is space to process difficult experiences without pressure to disclose more than feels manageable, while also exploring the ways service may continue to shape your relationships, sense of self, and life beyond the uniform.

I recognize that military schedules, postings, training, deployments, and other service demands can make regular appointment times difficult. Flexible scheduling is available where possible.

Impacted by War & Displacement

A supportive space for those carrying the effects of war, displacement, migration, or the loss of home, community, and a sense of belonging.

Counselling can support experiences of trauma, grief and loss, uncertainty, separation from loved ones, cultural and identity shifts, survivor guilt, and the challenges of adapting to life in a new place while remaining connected to what has been left behind.

Our work is paced around you, with respect for culture, history, family, and the many ways people respond to experiences of conflict and displacement. There is no expectation to tell your whole story or revisit experiences before you feel ready.

Support is also available for family members and others affected by the ongoing or intergenerational impacts of war and displacement.

80 minutes — $255

When Seasons Change...

There are seasons when finances are more stretched, and therapy can feel harder to make room for. I keep a limited number of reduced-rate spaces available, with additional reduced-rate options offered through a waitlist.

If cost is creating a barrier, you’re welcome to reach out. We can have a no-pressure conversation about what feels manageable, what may be available now, or whether the reduced-rate waitlist might be a good fit for this season.

I acknowledge that my work through Seasons Within takes place on the unceded, traditional territories of the Kwantlen, Katzie, Matsqui, and Semiahmoo First Nations. I offer this acknowledgement with respect for the land, the waterways, and the Indigenous Peoples who have cared for them since time immemorial and as an invitation to ongoing reflection, responsibility, relationship, and action. I also recognize that the communities now known as British Columbia have been shaped by Black and Asian people whose labour, leadership, resistance, culture, and care have often been overlooked or erased. Many have built lives here while navigating racism, exclusion, displacement, and systemic barriers. These histories are distinct, but interconnected through systems of colonialism and oppression that continue to affect people’s lives and wellbeing. I remain committed to learning from these histories and to creating a counselling practice grounded in cultural humility, anti-racism, accountability, and respect
